Hey, Sis!

Anyone who, truly, knows me knows that I’m in love with Black women. How can I not be? We are just too dope for words (though that shouldn’t stop you from trying to put your dopeness into words #WordsOfAffirmation). When I’m not busy adoring Black women, you can find me plotting how I can spend as much time as possible engaging in leisurely activities with Black women (because, at the end of the day, it all comes back to loving Black women).

Lavender Leisure® is a wellness coaching company founded with a singular vision: for all Black women to live a life of leisure. The Careful Confrontation Method™ is rooted in the transformative power of witnessing, designed to ensure no Black woman feels unseen, unsupported, or unprotected in my care. I was made for this work and I bring this intentionality and joy to every coaching session. I look forward to the opportunity to witness you!
